Account Manager - Home Services (Needham, MA)

Hassle Free Home is a home services membership. We provide our members handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects outside the scope of our handyman. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the coordinator of these projects. Keeping an organized project pipeline, informing clients with updates along the way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• →Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors
• →Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email
• →Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones
• →Review and polish estimates before sending to clients
• →Own the overall client experience from start to finish

• Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
• Fast responsiveness—you don’t leave people waiting
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
• Comfortable with technology (managing multiple systems, texting, email, and basic software tools)

• $70–75K base salary + monthly commissions
• Local Territory – most on-site visits within 30 minutes of where you live
