• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Strong data orientation and experience working with analytics, reporting, or performance metrics

• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams

• Ability to prioritize effectively and understand what is critical vs. non-essential

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English

Salary: 1,200 €/mon. net
