What We Offer

✓Manage the calendar, meetings (agendas, notes), documents and document structures, reviews, follow-up actions, travel

✓Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication

✓Supporting team procedures & helping establish new ones

✓Communication support with external partners, partner search

✓Support marketing project tracking, progress

✓Reporting of key weekly/monthly/quarterly performance information

✓Reporting to CMO

✓And other assignment tasks

Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Eager to learn and grow (in marketing or management area)
Fluency in English language

Salary: From 1,200 €/mon. net
