→Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
→Demonstrated success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
→Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing complex customer relationships.
→Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
→Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
→Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a matrix organization.
→Fluent English, Dutch and (preferred) French language skills are mandatory.

Experience within Fire & Security, Building Technologies, Critical Infrastructure, or Data Center environments.
Strong understanding of data center ecosystems and project delivery models.
Established network among consultants, contractors, hyperscale operators, and colocation providers.
Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Altify, Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM-based account planning methodologies.
