Founded in 2012, Jeeny is one of the region’s leading ride-hailing platforms operating across the Middle East, delivering reliable, affordable, and innovative mobility solutions. The reactivation agents will contact previously registered drivers who are no longer active and encourage them to return to working with Jeeny. The main goal is to reactivate inactive drivers, increase the number of active drivers, and generate more rides to support overall business growth and ride targets.

• →Contact inactive drivers, targeting 130 calls per day. Update the system with drivers’ feedback, responses, and reasons for inactivity.
• →Follow up with drivers to encourage reactivation and return to working with Jeeny.
• →Escalate drivers’ concerns and issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
• →Communicate available offers and incentives to encourage drivers to resume working and increase ride volume.

• High school certificate.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Full availability and flexibility to work variable rotational shifts.
