Job Summary
The B2B Consumer Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of Lowe’s Wholesale’s diverse portfolio of premium health, beauty, and consumer products to clients across the grocery, pharmacy, hair care, gas station, and hospitality sectors. This role serves as a primary liaison between Lowe’s Wholesale and its business customers, ensuring that each client receives timely, accurate, and professional service from order placement through delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Present and promote company products, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to provide accurate information and confident recommendations.
- Ensure all client orders, quotes, and adjustments are entered accurately and promptly into the sales system.
- Follow up with clients to provide timely updates on order progress and any changes that may affect delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, warehouse, and other departmental stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and consistent brand experience.
- Stay informed and agile by monitoring industry developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach and stay ahead.
- Take ownership of sales performance and business development goals, demonstrating accountability, initiative, and professionalism.
- Follow up promptly on all customer commitments and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues or conflicts efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; OR
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in wholesale or retail B2B sales.
- Valid Bahamian Driver License and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Proven track-record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have drive and a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
