As Area Sales Manager, you will be the engine behind strong execution, sales growth, and portfolio quality across your assigned region.

Responsibilities
~1 min read• Train Loan Officers, dealers, and promoters/agents on product, process, and systems.
• Develop structured onboarding programs and refresher training schedules.
• Ensure full mastery of CRM and loan systems, including compliance and data quality requirements.
• Identify performance gaps and coach teams to improve conversion and onboarding quality.
