Project Overview:
The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fueling unprecedented demand for data centers that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas fired power generation facilities in the U.S.The Cheyenne CCGT project is of significant scale and complexity, and our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to full EPC delivery.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist Subcontract Administrators in completion of routine duties, closeout, data gathering, document preparation, presentations, and training sessions. You will prepare status reports, monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems. Your work will contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations

Major Responsibilities:
Supports one or more Subcontract professionals with moderately routine duties and closeout 
May be assigned small-value service agreements 
Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts 
Assists Subcontract Manager or Subcontract Professional in completion of the various tasks required by the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook, Standard Work Process Procedures, and automated subcontract management systems 
Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned 
Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific subcontracts problems, as assigned 
Organizes materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions and prepares periodic status reports 
Works with Digital Supply Chain and other Automation Tools

Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires 2-4 years of related experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of commercial and contract management principles, processes, and practices.
Skill in preparing, reviewing, organizing, and administering commercial and contractual documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to resolve matters.
Proficiency in applicable business systems, databases, and software used to support commercial and contract administration activities
