Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Document Controller to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a team of document controllers and administration staff.

Responsibilities

→Maintain ParDOCs site
→'Owner' of Document Management Plan
→Ensure all project registers are maintained
→Assist in production of KPI data
→Assist in production of Monthly Reports
→Drafting of formal correspondence
→Maintaining personnel registers

Minimum 15 years experience in document control
Experience managing teams up to10 people
Experience with ACC EDMS advantageous but not essential
