Responsibilities

- →Create, maintain, and update prospect databases and CRM records.
- →Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- →Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, product information, and lead times.
- →Prepare and compare quotations for client submissions.
- →Assist the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and tracking opportunities.
- →Support tender submissions and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- →Coordinate marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media content, brochures, and promotional materials.
- →Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- →Maintain organized records of proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- →Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information required for sales activities.
- →Generate sales reports and monitor pipeline progress.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Business Development support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and commercial documents.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Understanding of sales processes and basic marketing principles.
- Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and branding.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative sales team.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
