HVAC Outside Sales Representative

• You see yourself as the HVAC go-to in the field, building strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and decision-makers. You listen to what clients need and design solutions that win projects and keep customers coming back.
• You get fired up by closing significant commercial deals, managing your own territory, and becoming the expert on a full range of HVAC systems, including RTUs, VRF, IAQ, and more.
• You like field-based sales, technical product conversations, and keeping several priorities moving at once. If you'd rather work mostly from an office, this probably isn't the right fit.

• →Build Customer and Project Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with contractors, design-build firms, and engineers. Find bidding opportunities early and help shape project specifications in favor of Plumbers Supply Co. solutions.
• →Grow Sales Through Smart Solutions: Sell across our full HVAC product line, including RTUs, VRF systems, and IAQ products. You won't just take orders. You'll offer tailored solutions to complex project challenges and help us win market share.
• →Quote and Support Designs: Complete accurate equipment take-offs, build competitive bids, and work with leading manufacturers and our internal teams on proposals that win.
• →Represent Us in the Market: Attend industry trade shows and events, promote our HVAC offerings, and build a strong professional network across the region.
• →Work as One Team: Partner with our Inside Sales, Residential HVAC, and Operations teams so customers get a smooth experience from first quote to final installation.

• High school diploma or GED (a bachelor's degree is a plus)
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC or a related technical field
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a professional presence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• The ability to read jobsite needs and turn them into effective HVAC solutions
• A self-motivated, organized, results-driven approach, and comfort in a fast-paced, field-based role
