In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to one or more members of management and/or staff.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties to support daily business operations.
  • Assist with payroll-related processes and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities.
  • Respond to routine and non-routine inquiries and provide appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and manage communications using email and other business tools.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience with payroll processes required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with management, staff, and cross-functional teams.
  • Availability to work all shifts, weekends and Holidays.
