Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prioritize and monitor work requests until completed.
- →Routine maintenance and repair of premises and fixed assets at all owned and leased facilities, operation of power and non-powered hand tools, and climbing ladders.
- →Complete assembly/disassembly and movement of furniture. Heavy lifting required.
- →Operate company vehicles in a safe manner.
- →Conduct regular vehicle maintenance inspections of assigned vehicle.
- →Complete statistical summary of monthly productivity.
- →Compile information for the automated Facilities Plan.
- →Maintain records of all fixed asset relocations.
- →Adheres to the highest legal and ethical standards applicable to our industry, while observing both the spirit and letter of all government regulations and laws, and bank policies and procedures.
- →Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
- High school diploma required, some college or trade school preferred.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a repair and maintenance environment (including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) required.
- Ability to frequently lift 70 pounds required.
- Valid Florida driver's license and an excellent driving record required.
- Basic mathematical and record keeping skills required.
- Knowledge of repair and service for telephone and office equipment (excluding computer related equipment).
- Computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal skills required.
