Salary Range: $1200 base USD ($) per month. OTE $2000 - $2500 USD per month via commissions and spiffs (50-50 variable structure)

About the Company:

We are an entrepreneur-led group operating a small portfolio: a coaching and advisory offer and an early-stage digital marketing agency. We are pre-scale and building our first repeatable outbound engine. You will join as employee number 4 and work directly with the founders. Expect low structure, fast feedback, and clear production targets.

 

Role Summary: 

Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. You will build pipeline from scratch across two offers:

  1. Coaching for owners.
  2. Marketing services for financial professionals, including CPAs and RIAs.

You will prospect with cold calls, cold emails, and targeted social groups. Paid ads may generate some leads later, but early success relies on your outbound motion. After closing, you will hand off to the founders and fulfillment partners.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build targeted lead lists and run high-volume, quality outbound across phone, email, and social.
  • Write concise, value-led outreach and iterate messaging based on reply data.
  • Run discovery, present offers, handle objections, and drive to a clear next step.
  • Create simple proposals and close retainers.
  • Log all activities, notes, and stages in GoHighLevel.
  • Collaborate with founders to refine ICPs, offers, and pricing.
  • Partner with fulfillment after the sale to ensure a smooth handoff.
 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-plus years in outbound-heavy, full-cycle sales, ideally selling services or retainers to SMBs.
  • Proven ability to cold call and cold email at scale and book owner-operator meetings.
  • Comfortable operating in a low-structure, early-stage environment with minimal hand-holding.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Familiarity with CRMs. GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work US Eastern business hours.
  • A pro-active person who takes ownership of their targets, while implementing and owning a growth mindset
 

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience selling to financial services firms: CPAs, RIAs, bookkeeping firms, or similar.
  • Prior work inside an agency, coaching, or consulting business.
  • Basic familiarity with social prospecting inside niche communities or groups.
 

Key Outcomes:

  • 30 days: book qualified meetings, close 1 new client.
  • 60 days: maintain steady activity volumes and advance opportunities to proposal stage.
  • 90 days: close 5 total new clients. Ten in 90 days is rockstar performance and earns additional spiffs.
  • Consistently document activities and pipeline in GoHighLevel.
 

Our Ideal Customer Profiles:

  • Coaching: owners of small to mid-size businesses.
  • Marketing: financial services firms, primarily CPAs and RIAs. Retainers typically 2,000 to 3,000 USD per month.
 

What Success Looks Like:

  • You are a scrappy hunter who thrives without heavy SOPs or expensive tools.
  • You generate pipeline from zero using grit, creativity, and consistent activity.
  • You manage your time, keep a clean CRM, and always know your numbers.
  • You communicate simply and professionally with owners and principals.
  • You improve weekly by testing new angles, lists, and talk tracks.
 

Compensation and Structure:

  • Base salary: approximately 1,200 USD per month.
  • Variable: commissions and spiffs designed to reach 2,000 to 2,500 USD OTE per month at target performance.
  • 90-day prove-out period with clear benchmarks and coaching support.
