About the Role: They are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing roofing franchise. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, scheduling and conducting virtual sales presentations, preparing estimates and
proposals, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of incoming leads and schedule Zoom sales meetings with prospective customers
- Conduct virtual sales presentations, walk customers through roof reports and proposals
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for roofing projects
- Build, maintain or establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as local real estate agents, insurance providers, and other referral sources.
- Utilize digital marketing tools like "Glass House" for lead generation and outreach
- Manage the complete customer relationship, delivering exceptional service and
- ensuring satisfaction and successful resolution for every project.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the home services or construction
- industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Technical knowledge or background in roofing, construction, or home remodeling preferred
- Proficient with CRM tools, video conferencing, and Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Must be based in South Africa and have fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred Experience: Trade background to speed up learning and handle related remodeling questions.
Success Metrics:
- Engagement Rate from Targeted Referral Sources: Measures the SDR's effectiveness in generating meaningful engagement from leads sourced through targeted referral channels, indicating the quality of proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Revenue Generated from SDR-Sourced Appointments (Monthly/Quarterly): Tracks the monetary value of sales closed from the appointments scheduled by the SDR, directly tying their activity to company revenue.
- Number of Detailed Estimates/Proposals Delivered Per Week: Gauges the SDR's efficiency and activity in moving qualified leads further down the sales funnel and into the proposal stage.
