The Opportunity 

We are seeking first-class EAs to provide white-glove service to our firm’s Partners and attorneys. By gaining a deep understanding of each Partner’s practice, you will support them in effectively executing on client matters, working on ad-hoc projects, liaising with stakeholders across the firm, and helping ensure our business and clients’ goals are achieved. As we scale, we are adding elite talent to our administrative teams to help ensure our attorneys can smoothly and efficiently work to achieve their clients’ outcomes. 

You will ensure all administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately, collaborate with other team members globally, and function as efficiently as possible, whilst dealing with varying communications from both internal and external parties. You should manage sensitive information, stay in tune with stated priorities, and engage in various business projects. Please note: this is an ongoing recruitment process for future opportunities.  

 

What You’ll Do:   

  • Capturing time entries, creating narratives, and supporting client billing processes 
  • Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling 
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner 
  • Maintain accurate templates and folders on SharePoint and other systems 
  • Support with a range of administration-focused projects to increase team efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Any other duties as required 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment. Remote work experience a plus. 
  • Forward-thinking and adaptable to technological development, e.g., A.I. 
  • Law firm or Professional Services experience is desirable 
  • Fluent English (verbal and written communications) 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading, etc.) 
  • Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling 
  • Excellent organizational / project management skills 
  • Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially 
  • Strong team orientation and a preference for collaboration
