Front Desk Coordinator - Bluffton, SC

• →Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression 
• →Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner 
• →Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately 
• →Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members 
• →Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries 
• →Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software 
• →Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach 
• →Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment 
• →Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred 
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills 
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment 
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset 
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds 
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus 

This is a full-time role - working a minimum of 4 days/week with availability to work at least one weekend day/week.
