We are hiring an Administrative Assistant at our office in La Vista, NE. The Administrative Assistant will support our supply chain division, Spire Solutions. This position will play a crucial role in keeping the team organized to ensure seamless coordination of daily priorities, meetings, communications, and initiatives. What You’ll Do:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Prepare documents, agendas, meeting notes, and presentations
- Input data and update documents and contracts
- Assist in coordination and organization of company events such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities
- Code invoices to the correct cost code and track payment statuses
- Assist with new hire onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working in an administrative assistant or similar role
- Skills:
- Extremely organized and comfortable multi-tasking
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and tact
- Ability to proactively anticipate needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to provide quality work in a timely manner
- High level of confidentiality
- Technology:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire
