We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead drive our business, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. This leadership role requires a data-driven, customer-focused professional with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals and market share targets for both Payment Solutions(PayFac) and E-wallet businesses.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT Development and Customer Engagement teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Forecast sales performance and report on sales metrics to executive leadership.
  • Drive pipeline development, lead generation, and closing strategies.
  • Manage the sales budget, including resource allocation and expense control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic insights.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of the latest innovative payment products, especially in digital payment is a plus
