Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and approach potential clients in Cambodia.
Consult clients to understand business needs and propose suitable IT solutions (Flexcube, MS, Software, Systems, Cloud, Database, etc.).
Able to manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract closing.
Work closely with Pre-Sales Team, Technical, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, able to find out market insights, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to our MPS internal systems.
Support account management and upselling/cross-selling opportunities for existing clients.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
Proficient in English
Possess interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage sales cycle.
Strong organizational, management, and planning skills with the ability to set and manage priorities.
Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to present innovative solutions to customer needs.
Solid understanding of IT solutions and the ability to build long-term relationships with the bank and financial sector.
Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close business deals.
Salary:
900 to 1200 USD
