Join our team as an HR & Travel Coordinator and help virtualize biological experiments to accelerate discovery!


We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized HR & Travel Coordinator to support our HR team, office operations, and business travel needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in an administrative support function, and takes pride in being a strong behind-the-scenes contributor to both people processes and daily operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth travel arrangements, supporting recruitment and HR administration, and helping maintain an efficient and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities
1) Travel Coordination

  • Organize and manage business travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transportation, logistics)
  • Coordinate travel for executives, candidates (interviews), and new hires (onboarding)
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely travel planning
  • Handle travel-related documentation and ad-hoc changes


2) HR & Recruitment support 

  • Provide ad-hoc administrative backup to the HR and Recruitment team
  • Support the recruiter in daily activities, including: scheduling interviews, welcoming and hosting candidates on-site, managing
  • recruitment-related administration
  • Assist with HR administration, including: employment documentation and payroll preparation support, HR statistics and reporting and data management in BambooHR


3) Office Support

  • Support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative backup
  • Ensure smooth daily office functioning and help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment



What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, HR support, office coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and shifting priorities with flexibility
  • Confident English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
  • Helpful, positive “can-do” attitude
