Night Receptionist

• Being the first smiling face guests see (even at 2 AM!).

• Checking guests in and out, answering calls, and helping with questions.

• Giving the lowdown on Amsterdam’s must-sees, hidden gems, and can’t-miss experiences.

• Doing security rounds, handling issues, and making detailed reports.

• Keeping tabs on stock and restocking as needed.

• Wrapping up front office admin tasks like the night audit.

• Keeping the lobby looking sharp and welcoming.

• Strong hospitality and communication skills — English is a must, and bonus points if you speak another language too!

• A solid sense of responsibility and ownership — you take pride in what you do.

• A flexible mindset that adapts to the needs of our guests, especially during our diverse events.

• You're hands-on by nature, tackling problems proactively before they become issues.

• You're full of fresh ideas to improve our service or the hostel experience as a whole.
