Role: SDR / Inbound Sales & Patient Coordinator
Priority Location: South Africa and Latin America
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) PST
Salary Range:
Base salary: $1,500 USD per month
Variable commission: $10 – $20 USD per in-person consultation booked
OTE: $2,000 – $2,500 USD per month
(The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Type of job: Remote
About the Role:
Your role is the first and most important step in that journey: you’re the first person a new patient speaks to, and you set the tone for everything that follows.
There is no existing sales team, no playbook built by a predecessor, and no long list of SOPs to follow. The owner is looking for a true partner in building this function, not someone who waits to be told what to do.
The right person will:
- Be a hunker-down, roll-up-your-sleeves type who thrives in a small, fast-moving business
- Come with ideas and suggest better ways to run calls, follow up with leads, and keep the schedule full
- Be someone the owner can depend on to bring solutions, not just problems
- Work collaboratively with the owner, who will also be bringing ideas, training, and feedback
If you want a highly structured role with fixed processes from day one, this isn’t the right fit. If you want to help build something from the ground up and grow with it, it could be a great one.
