We are continuously building a pool of highly skilled Virtual Assistants to support our growing roster of international clients across various industries.

We are looking for professionals who have at least 3 years of experience in a corporate, remote, or professional work environment and possess excellent English communication skills. If you are organized, reliable, and experienced in supporting business operations, we encourage you to apply and join our talent pool for upcoming opportunities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are adaptable and capable of supporting different business functions such as administration, customer service, operations, marketing support, project coordination, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and operational support to business owners and teams
  • Managing emails, calendars, scheduling, and appointments
  • Communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Handling data entry, document preparation, and database management
  • Assisting with research, reporting, and information gathering
  • Supporting customer service and client communication via email, phone, or chat
  • Coordinating tasks and helping ensure projects stay organized and on schedule
  • Managing files, records, and internal documentation
  • Utilizing various business tools and software platforms depending on the client’s needs

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

  • REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry, Junior, Senior Level
  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours or 40 hours /week
  • Daily Working Time: 8 AM-5 PM EST
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
  • REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined
  • Number of VAs: 1
  • GENDER PREFERENCE: None
  • LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English
  • ACCENT PREFERENCE: Near Native
  • REGION PREFERENCES: Philippines
