Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate staff members or meeting rooms.
- →Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- →Perform general administrative duties such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- →Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and handle outgoing mail and courier services.
- →Manage conference room bookings, coordinate appointments, and maintain an organized schedule for the office.
- →Maintain visitor logs and ensure all security protocols are followed.
- →Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- →Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment; strong preference towards food manufacturing/processing.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate on all levels.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment and exercise mature judgment.
- Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills required.
