Position: IGCSE Art and Design Educator Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging IGCSE Art & Design lessons aligned with Cambridge curriculum requirements. Develop students’ creative, technical, and critical-thinking skills across a range of media and techniques. Guide students in developing portfolios, coursework, and examination projects. Provide constructive feedback and support individual artistic development. Maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and well-organised art studio environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field. Teaching qualification/certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Art & Design curriculum and assessment requirements. Experience 2–5 years of experience teaching Art & Design, preferably at IGCSE/secondary level. Experience mentoring students for portfolios and external examinations. Proficiency in a range of traditional and contemporary art techniques and digital tools. Strong communication, classroom-management, and student-mentoring skills.
