We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly reliable Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in a fast‑paced and evolving business environment. The ideal candidate thrives on structure and efficiency, values confidentiality and transparency, communicates effectively, and brings strong organizational skills to ensure seamless daily operations. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating with different departments, and taking initiative. If you are detail‑oriented, professional, and enjoy being the go‑to person for coordination and smooth workflow, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative and executive support. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Maintain and organize company records, files, and internal documentation. Liaise with internal teams and external partners professionally. Assist with office coordination, event planning, and operational tasks as needed. Anticipate needs and proactively solve logistical or administrative challenges. Ensure smooth communication and follow‑through on tasks and projects. Requirements Essential Qualifications Completed education in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum education level: College or University degree. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Professional is preferred but not required. Skills & Competencies Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well with others and support a collaborative team culture. High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Not afraid of mobility—comfortable moving around the office or external locations when tasks require it. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Reliability, commitment, and a proactive attitude are essential.
