  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date supplier account information within Salesforce.

  • Update client contracting information and help ensure data integrity across internal systems.

  • Assist with supplier report management and related data updates.

  • Proactively maintain supplier files and documentation to help identify and prevent potential compliance gaps.

  • Support procurement and contracting activities through document collection, organization, tracking, and record maintenance.

  • Assist the Director of Contracting with identifying and updating client contracting activities.

  • Maintain organized and accessible contracting records within Salesforce.

  • Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement and contracting workflows.

  • Support the implementation and rollout of departmental initiatives and process improvements.

  • Complete day-to-day administrative assignments while managing priorities, deadlines, and competing responsibilities.

  • Use task tracking and time-blocking techniques to maintain an organized workload.

  • Adapt to changing priorities and take on new assignments with a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, office support, procurement support, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data, documents, and records.

  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent follow-through.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

  • Adaptability and a genuine willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities.

  • Comfortable working in a changing environment where priorities may shift and new assignments arise.

  • Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented approach to administrative work.

  • Ability to handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.
