We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider.
At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality – and we want you to be a part of it!
Our Support Office is the engine that keeps N Family Club running smoothly – from operations and finance to people, marketing, and strategy. We’re a tight-knit, fast-paced, and mission-driven team that works together to create exceptional experiences for families and team across all our nurseries. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or early in your career, you’ll be empowered to grow, contribute ideas, and make an impact every day.
What you’ll be doing…
Our Executive Assistant will work hand-in-hand with the UK CEO and wider leadership team (COO, CFO, and Founder) to ensure N Family Club runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively. Think part Executive Assistant, part Operations Coordinator, part Office Maestro, part Project Manager.
You’ll blend precision and warmth whilst managing logistics, communication, and projects that help our teams shine and our nurseries run smoothly.

If you’re proactive, people-focused, and want to make a tangible difference in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment, this could be your moment.
This is an office-based role, working full-time from our central Support Office based in Shoreditch.

- Anticipate needs before they arise and create space for strategic focus.
- Manage inboxes, briefing materials, presentations, and pre-meeting preparation.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and trust.
- Support the smooth running of the Leadership Team: scheduling, agendas, papers, minutes, and action follow-through.
- Ensure communication flows effectively across the group, providing a central point of coordination and alignment.
- Draft, edit, and review internal and external communications - ensuring tone, clarity, and warmth are always on brand.
- Support the UK CEO with storytelling, parent messaging, and team communications.
- Own the rhythm and organisation of our Support Office - from supplies and systems to creating a welcoming, efficient space.
- Coordinate IT needs including hardware setup, software access, troubleshooting, onboarding, device management, and liaison with IT vendors.
- Maintain a smooth, joyful, professional office environment that reflects our brand.
- Act as the bridge between the UK CEO and nursery teams, supporting day-to-day problem-solving, coordination, and follow-through.
- Support UK procurement by overseeing requests, maintaining strong supplier partnerships, and keeping logistics running smoothly.
- Work alongside our Regional Directors to ensure our nurseries maintain commercial success through correct procurement and budgeting procedures.
- Support our Regional Directors with complex customer disputes, liaising with our external insurance and legal teams and escalating as required.
- Help drive operational rhythm and support our nurseries to deliver excellence.
- Support or lead cross-functional projects including sustainability initiatives, tech rollouts, launch planning, our annual fee review process and operational improvements.
- Track timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure projects land beautifully.
- Lead on planning and logistics for key internal events including leadership conferences, team days, celebrations, learning sessions, and company-wide gatherings.
- Partner with our People and Marketing teams to make every event engaging and inclusive.
- Champion the N Family experience, supporting with parent-facing comms where needed and ensuring clarity, empathy, and warmth.

- Proven track record in a role that blends executive support, operations, office management, or event coordination.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident working with confidential information and sensitive issues.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating IT needs or working closely with IT teams/vendors.
- Experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects or business initiatives.
Personal Attributes
- A Positivity Champion: You bring a glass-half-full mindset and contagious "can-do" energy. Under pressure, you stay calm, resilient, and entirely solutions-focused.
- Courageous yet Humble: Comfortable in a flat structure, you confidently challenge and manage upwards with honesty. You’re happy saying a constructive "no" to protect what’s best for our children, families, and business.
- A Trusted Self-Starter: You take full ownership. Highly accountable and brilliantly organised, you prioritise effectively and keep stakeholders proactively updated without needing close management.
- Authentic & Self-Aware: You leave ego at the door, always choosing substance over style. You have the confidence to say, "I need more time," or "this isn't the priority right now," to ensure we always do the right thing.
- A True N Ambassador: You effortlessly mirror the warmth, energy, and high expectations of our CEO and brand. You show up with a smile and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our children, families and team.
- Impeccable Initiative: You turn vague ideas into organised action, often saying ‘I’ve already taken care of it’ before it hits the to-do list.
- First class spelling, grammar and storytelling skills, without the need to rely on AI (essential)
- Enjoys being on the move, with regular in-person collaboration (often alongside UK CEO).
