Peoplegig is seeking a highly capable Executive Business Partner to support our Co-Founders and serve as a central driver of office operations, governance, and business support.
This role goes beyond a traditional Executive Assistant. It is designed for someone who can own operations, drive structure, and act as a strategic right hand to leadership—while also ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative, IT coordination, and team support functions.
You will be a force multiplier for the founders, balancing executive support with operational leadership, vendor coordination, and internal governance. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, commercially aware, and confident making decisions independently.
Responsibilities

Provide high-level support to two Co-Founders, including:
- Complex calendar and diary management
- Prioritization of meetings and requests
- Travel planning and logistics (local & international)
- Prepare presentations, reports, and leadership decks
- Support high-touch client interactions (Brand Experience level scheduling & coordination)
- Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator of leadership priorities
- Drive internal governance processes and operating rhythms
- Support or implement frameworks such as EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Prepare and manage top-down reporting decks and updates
- Ensure alignment across leadership priorities and execution
- Act as a first escalation point for operational issues
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration

Lead planning and execution of:
- Offsites
- Townhalls
- Internal events
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Ensure a high-functioning, well-organized workplace environment

Serve as first-level help desk coordinator:
- Triage issues and coordinate with IT vendors
- Manage vendor relationships (IT, facilities, services)
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and technical issues
- Provide administrative support to sales and client-facing teams
- Assist in proposal formatting, presentations, and documentation
- Support scheduling and coordination for client engagements
- Maintain organized and accessible documentation systems
- Ensure proper document control and versioning
- Support knowledge management across the team
- Highly autonomous and self-directed
- Strong decision-making ability with sound judgment
- Proactive and anticipates needs before they arise
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing and prioritizing leadership requests
Requirements

Proven experience as:
- Executive Assistant, or
- Office Manager, or
- Business Operations / Chief of Staff-type role
- Strong presentation and deck-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with vendor management and coordination
- Comfortable handling multiple functions (admin, ops, IT coordination)
- Operates with ownership mentality, not task-based execution
- Commercially aware with interest in business operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Able to bring structure where there is ambiguity
- Strong sense of authority and accountability
- Founders are highly leveraged and focused on strategic priorities
- Office and operations run smoothly with minimal intervention
- Clear governance and reporting structures are in place
- Issues are resolved quickly through effective coordination
- The team is organized, supported, and operating efficiently
