As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring smooth operations across the South East region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing executive calendars and coordinating complex schedules
- Preparing correspondence, briefings, and executive documentation
- Providing committee support and maintaining accurate records
- Leading project work to enhance management efficiency
- Supporting other senior executive and management staff as required
