Responsibilities
~2 min readBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- →Manage complex calendars for Scout leadership members ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, proactive conflict resolution, and alignment with evolving business priorities.
- →Coordinate and schedule meetings, leadership reviews, offsites, and executive events across Finance, Strategy & Brand, and other cross-functional teams.
- →Facilitate effective communication across Finance, Strategy & Brand, the Executive Team, and key business partners to ensure alignment and execution of critical priorities.
- →Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, event logistics, and expense reporting, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
- →Uphold the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling highly confidential financial, strategic, organizational, and executive information.
- →Build and maintain strong working relationships across Scout Motors and with external partners to support efficient collaboration and effective execution.
- →Maintain a strong understanding of company priorities, organizational dynamics, and business objectives while effectively navigating change in a fast-paced environment.
- →Support leadership team operating rhythms, including staff meetings, leadership reviews, strategic planning sessions, offsites, and business updates.
- →Assist in preparing, editing, and coordinating executive presentations, communications, reports, and meeting materials.
- →Track action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables on behalf of the CFO and VP, Strategy & Brand to support alignment and execution across teams.
- →Partner closely with Finance, Strategy & Brand leadership teams to coordinate priorities, communications, presentations, and business initiatives.
- →Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure a seamless experience across the executive leadership team.
- →Support onboarding and integration of new leaders, team members, and key stakeholders as needed.
- →Foster collaboration, connection, and effective teamwork across departments and leadership teams.
- →Serve as a Scout ambassador by positively representing the company, leadership team, and culture.
- →Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
