Executive Assistant, LATAM

We are looking for an experienced, highly proactive Executive Assistant to partner closely with our LATAM Country Manager and help drive the operating rhythm of our growing Latin America business.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of executive partnership, business operations, and workplace leadership. This person will serve as a trusted partner and extension of the LATAM Country Manager — anticipating needs, helping prioritize where the leader spends their time, driving follow-through across teams, and independently solving operational challenges as the organization scales.

In addition to high-level executive support, this person will own key operational initiatives across Mexico and help establish scalable processes for Verkada’s broader LATAM footprint. We are looking for someone with strong judgment and discretion who understands the business context behind requests, is comfortable operating through ambiguity, and can move seamlessly between strategic priorities and hands-on execution.

This role reports directly to the LATAM Country Manager and is based full-time in our Mexico City office, with periodic travel to other LATAM locations as the region expands.

• →Serve as a trusted partner to the LATAM Country Manager, managing priorities, calendar, information flow, travel, expenses, and follow-through.
• →Anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and independently resolve complex operational challenges with sound judgment and discretion.
• →Drive the LATAM leadership team’s operating rhythm, including meetings, materials, action items, and cross-functional execution.
• →Partner across functions to advance business priorities, lead special projects, and improve processes and operational efficiency.
• →Represent the Country Manager with internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• →Own the Mexico City office experience and day-to-day operations in partnership with Global Workplace, including facilities, vendors, supplies, events, and employee programs.
• →Manage local vendor relationships, contracts, and operational needs, partnering with Finance, Procurement, Workplace, and other teams as needed.
• →Own regional shipping, receiving, inventory, hardware logistics, and POC support, including DHL and other logistics providers.
• →Support LATAM office openings, expansions, and evolving regional operations, providing coordination and guidance across locations.
• →Build scalable processes that improve consistency, visibility, and execution across LATAM operations.

• 4–7+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, workplace management, or a combination, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted executive partner, anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate independently with strong judgment.
• Strong business acumen, project management, communication, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence with limited oversight, solve problems in ambiguity, and balance attention to detail with a broader business perspective.
• Exceptional maturity, discretion, composure, and organizational skills.
• Experience with office/workplace operations, vendors, events, logistics, or regional operations strongly preferred.
• Sales/GTM support experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday in Mexico City and traveling periodically within LATAM (including Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina).
