Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional looking to make a positive impact on a growing organization? Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of the renowned Andersen Windows, is seeking a dynamic Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Indianapolis office. Responsibilities
~1 min read● Be the friendly voice and face of our organization by answering, screening, and forwarding calls with professionalism and warmth.
● Welcome visitors and interview candidates, ensuring a positive and organized front office experience.
● Manage day-to-day front desk operations, keeping the space clean, organized, and presentable.
● Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
● Oversee daily mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory.
● Maintain office security and safety procedures, including visitor check-ins and badge issuance.
● Coordinate scheduling needs for shared spaces and meetings as needed.
● Track basic office inventory and supplies to support smooth daily operations.
● Maintain shared spaces, including kitchens and common areas, ensuring they remain clean, stocked, and organized.
● Complete light administrative tasks that support front office operations.
● Support the Renewal Cares Senior Manager with select tasks and initiatives as needed.
● Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a similar role.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and familiarity with office equipment.
● A professional appearance and attitude that reflects our company's values.
● Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
● Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● A high school diploma
● Competitive hourly pay of $18–$20, based on experience.

● Full-time, onsite position in our Indianapolis, IN 46278 office.
