Independent Contractor – CPT-11659 Social Media & Real Estate Marketing Virtual Assistant/Marketing VA/Junior-Advanced Level (Remote).

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
An established residential and commercial real estate brokerage is seeking a part-time Marketing VA to manage social media, property marketing, and ongoing digital content execution.

The VA will help maintain a consistent online presence while turning property information, photos, videos, and brokerage activity into polished, timely marketing content.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Build and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
• Create, schedule, and publish posts across assigned platforms
• Write engaging captions and adapt content for different channels
• Repurpose available photos, videos, and other assets into social content
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging

• Create content for new listings, active properties, under-contract milestones, and closed transactions
• Design property graphics and other listing-related marketing pieces
• Turn listing details, photos, and videos into engaging social content
• Coordinate with the team to gather property information and status updates
• Keep marketing current as properties move through different stages
• Support both residential and commercial property marketing as needed

• Monitor comments, messages, and basic platform engagement
• Respond to routine engagement using approved guidance and escalate inquiries when needed
• Assist with basic short-form video and Reel creation
• Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, and upcoming content
• Support additional brokerage and agent marketing materials as needed

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Social media management experience required
• Content creation and graphic-design experience required
• Canva or similar design experience required
• Social media scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Strong written English required
• Short-form video editing experience preferred
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus but not required

• Strong social media management and content-creation background
• Creative with a polished visual eye
• Highly organized and comfortable managing a content calendar
• Strong written English and copywriting ability
• Able to work independently and maintain consistent execution
• Familiar with current social media formats and engagement practices

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10-20 Hours (Hours may increase based on workload and performance)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: Flexible- TBD EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
