The Marketing Virtual Assistant is responsible for creating visual and written marketing content, maintaining the company website, developing sales and training materials, and supporting the team's use of AI-powered automation tools to improve marketing efficiency. This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week.

• →Photo & Video Editing: Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials
• →LinkedIn Content: Create and manage LinkedIn post content to support brand visibility and engagement
• →Website Management: Update and maintain the company website on Wix
• →Sales Presentations: Create sales presentations (PowerPoint or equivalent software) for the sales team
• →Template Development: Develop and maintain standardized templates (e.g., service reports, commissioning reports)
• →Training Video Production: Produce training videos for internal tools and systems (e.g., Excel, Slack, CRM, FSM)
• →AI Automation: Research and apply AI automation tools to streamline marketing and content workflows
• →Team Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks and updates with the team via Slack
• →Ad Hoc Project Support: Occasionally assist with short-term, one-off projects outside core marketing tasks as they arise (e.g., helping set up or configure a software platform)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or marketing/content creation
• Language: Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Functional Skills:
  • Content & Design: Graphic design; photo and video editing; document/template design
  • Social & Web Management: LinkedIn content creation and scheduling; Wix website management and updates
  • Presentations & Training: Sales deck and presentation development; training content creation; screen recording
  • Systems & Data: Basic data management; CRM and FSM software usage
• Technical Skills:
  • Design & Video Editing: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut
  • Website & Social: Wix, LinkedIn
  • Presentations & Documents: PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Docs
  • Training & Screen Recording: Loom, Camtasia
  • Productivity & Collaboration: Excel, Slack
  • Business Systems: CRM platforms, FSM software
  • AI & Automation: ChatGPT, Zapier, Make

• Experience supporting an engineering, industrial, or B2B service/technical company; familiarity with service or commissioning report formats
• Experience producing training content for CRM or FSM platforms; exposure to configuring field/service management software (e.g., Ascora, Fergus, WorkGuru, Tradify)
