What We Offer
~1 min readOwn the schedule and end-to-end flow of an assigned product line through multiple plant operations. Create weekly machine schedules, coordinate raw material readiness, recover disrupted orders, and drive actions required to meet customer delivery commitments.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create and communicate weekly schedules for each machine supporting the product line.
- →Monitor orders through every operation, identify risks, and adjust priorities to maintain flow and on-time delivery.
- →Confirm raw material requirements and availability for scheduled orders.
- →Work with Supply Chain and Purchasing to track shortages, supplier delivery dates, and expedited recovery plans.
- →Track orders affected by scrap, rework, quality holds, downtime, or material shortages and drive them back into flow.
- →Maintain accurate order, shortage, and recovery status; escalate risks with clear action plans.
- →Coordinate daily with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
- →Report schedule adherence, material constraints, past-due orders, and on-time delivery performance.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and follow issues through resolution.
