We are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Office Coordinator to join a growing iGaming.
This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, from coordinating suppliers and office requirements to supporting onboarding, travel arrangements and company events. The ideal person will enjoy taking ownership, be comfortable managing multiple priorities and take pride in creating a professional, welcoming and well-organised workplace.
This is also a newly established role, offering the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager position as the company and responsibilities develop.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate office suppliers, maintenance, repairs, cleaning and other external services.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required, ensuring the team has everything they need.
- Support the HR team with the onboarding of new employees, including workspace and office setup.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
- Support the organisation of company events and team activities, working alongside external event partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries, suppliers and service providers.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate health and safety standards within the office.
- Help develop, improve and document office procedures and processes.
- Handle invoices, filing and other general administrative duties related to the smooth running of the office.
- Take ownership of ad hoc office-related tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
~1 min read- Around 3 years of experience in office coordination, office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to identify what needs to be done and take action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, responsible and comfortable working independently.
- Good attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable liaising with suppliers, colleagues and external partners.
- Previous exposure to health and safety procedures within an office environment would be considered an advantage.
