• →File/original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements.
• →Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• →Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.
• →Assist in training of new employees and procedures.
• →Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure.
• →Telephone contact with internal and external areas.
• →Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

• →Thorough knowledge of research and filing procedures and resources.
• →Thorough knowledge of the automated tax system.
• →Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• →Meets deadlines with accuracy.
• →Organizational skills are a must.
• →Good written and verbal communication skills.
• →You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• →High School Diploma
