Call Center Receptionist

Responsibilities

- →Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Create a positive experience for patients through professional and courteous behavior.
- →Maintain knowledge of Bloom's departments and daily schedules.
- →Use an EMR to look up patients and verify identity
- →Respect diversity in the workplace.
- →Assist with some administrative tasks
- →Work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent phone/customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task at a very high level
- Strong computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with EMR software a plus (eCW preferred)
