Call Center Receptionist (Part time)

• →Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel and take accurate messages.
• →Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Create a positive experience for patients through professional and courteous behavior.
• →Maintain knowledge of Bloom's departments and daily schedules.
• →Use an EMR to look up patients and verify identity
• →Respect diversity in the workplace.
• →Assist with some administrative tasks
• →Work in a fast paced environment

• Excellent phone/customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task at a very high level
• Strong computer skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with EMR software a plus (eCW preferred)
