~1 min read- →Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics
- →Coordinate across senior executives, employees, advisors, vendors, and outside partners
- →Keep track of a large and constantly changing number of projects, commitments, and follow-ups
- →Make sure important items move forward and deadlines are met
- →Prepare materials and information for meetings and decisions
- →Handle expenses, reservations, events, and occasional personal logistics
- →Anticipate needs and solve problems before they require escalation
- →Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- →Support special projects across multiple areas of the organization
- →Build systems that help the executive team operate more effectively
- →Take on increasing responsibility as trust and capability are demonstrated
- You are extremely organized, mentally quick, and difficult to overwhelm.
- You can keep track of hundreds of moving pieces while still understanding what actually matters.
- You are comfortable doing assistant work and take pride in doing it exceptionally well. Scheduling a meeting, fixing a travel problem, organizing a complicated itinerary, or handling a small logistical detail is just as much a part of the job as supporting a major project.
- You have strong judgment and do not need every step spelled out for you.
- You are resilient and comfortable with direct feedback. Priorities can change quickly. Some days will be packed from morning to night. Other days may be quiet enough that there is very little to do. You need to be equally comfortable with both. We want someone who can operate at full speed when needed and who does not feel compelled to create activity when things are quiet.
- You have a low ego, high standards, strong attention to detail, and excellent discretion.
Above all, you are reliable and trustworthy.
What Makes This Role Different
- This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to a wide range of business decisions, projects, investments, and outside relationships.
- It is also a role that can grow with you for decades.
- For the right person, this could become a long fulfilling career. As the organization, leadership team, and family evolve, the role can evolve with them. You may begin by managing calendars, travel, and executive logistics and eventually find yourself running major projects, coordinating investments, supporting family-office activities, or helping lead the Office of the President.
You will have the opportunity to grow with the family, take on new challenges over time, and build a role that continues to change as your capabilities expand.
Possible future paths could include:
- Senior Executive Assistant
- Executive Operations
- Director, Office of the President
- Chief of Staff
- Special Projects or Family Office Leadership
There is no fixed ceiling. Increased responsibility will follow demonstrated judgment, capability, and trust.
