Office Administrator
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Office Administrator based in Santa Maria, CA, to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide general administrative support across the organization. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a professional and welcoming environment. In addition to greeting guests and managing inquiries, the Office Administrator will support various administrative projects and assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks as needed. Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in office administration
Ability to multitask and prioritize needs
Ability to work with windows based personal computers
Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision
Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external people
Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
