As a Full Time Spa Receptionist, you’ll creating a warm, relaxing first impression for every guest while managing bookings, supporting the team while focusing on guest experience from arrival to departure.

The role is suited to someone who has a high level of detail and has dedication to serving our guests. You’ll be part of a team that balances sales and service with a strong commitment to thoughtful guest experiences.

• →Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness center

• →Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.

• →Sell retail items and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

• →Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.

• →Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.

• →Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

• →Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.

• Prior Spa or fitness center experience.

• Prior reception or customer service experience.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Excellent commitment to service and team work.

• Valid work authorization in Canada.

• A customer facing position that will require you to be a subject matter expert of the spa facilities and have a strong attention to detail
• You can work well under pressure and independently
• A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
