• →Help patients understand treatment recommendations, insurance coverage, costs, and next steps.
• →Coordinate schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
• →Verify insurance benefits and process claims accurately.
• →Maintain organized and confidential patient records.
• →Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care.

• Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is considered a strong asset).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
