We're looking for a compassionate, organized Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Wednesday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

→Welcome and support patients with professionalism and empathy.
→Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily patient flow.
→Explain treatment, insurance, and financial information.
→Verify insurance benefits and process claims.
→Maintain accurate patient records.
→Work closely with the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is a strong asset).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Professional, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
