Job details We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our team with various tasks related to database and data management, campaign set up for digital marketing, website design, and/or setting up email campaigns following very specific SOPs. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, experienced in analytical problem-solving and capable of working independently to deliver high-quality results. Each project type is assigned a flat rate based on the average time it takes to complete at a standard hourly rate — so faster, efficient work is rewarded rather than penalized. There is a 30-day probation period during which project rates are lower while we confirm fit and workflow. Full rates apply after probation is successfully completed. Typical monthly earnings for a consistent contributor fall in the $500–$1,000 range depending on project volume and complexity, discussed in more detail during the interview process.
