Reporting to the Facilities Operational Manager, the successful candidate will be working within a team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the ICMP’s facilities (the working and learning environment).

Provide support for the Facilities Operational Manager
Musical equipment repair and maintenance
Assist and support staff and students with technical problems
Prepare equipment for shows and events
Set up rooms for classes, exams and staff meetings
Assist with compliance-related tasks including planned preventative maintenance checks
Assist with building maintenance / general DIY
Provide frontline customer service cover for the facilities helpdesk
General administrative tasks
