About the Role

Justice Law Corporation is looking for a polished, dependable Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Pasadena office. This role is central to how our office runs — coordinating schedules, maintaining office systems, welcoming clients and visitors, and keeping our HR/Admin team and broader firm organized and on track.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and natural team player who notices the small details, brings sound judgment to everyday decisions, and takes real ownership of their work. We're growing across California, Washington and Colorado, and this role has genuine room to grow with us — we want someone who'll bring ideas to the table, not just execute on ours.

About Justice Law Corporation

Justice Law Corporation is a boutique plaintiffs' employment law firm founded in 2013. We represent workers across California, Washington and Colorado in wage theft and labor rights cases — championing fairness and dignity in the workplace. Our team thrives on curiosity, commitment and compassion, with a firm-wide mission to deliver real impact and systemic change.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  •  Provide general administrative support to the HR/Admin team and firm leadership, including correspondence, reports, and day-to-day projects
  • Own and maintain the shared office calendar — ensuring meetings, interviews, onboarding, and events are scheduled accurately and kept visible to the team
  • Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems (case and operating)
  • Track office expenses, assist with check processing, and support vendor invoicing and payment workflows
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and new-hire preparation

Reception & Front Desk

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors to the office in a professional and warm manner
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and front desk logistics

Office & Facilities Operations

  •  Monitor and reorder office supplies, snacks, beverages, and kitchen essentials — including daily coffee setup, restocking and dishwasher upkeep — to keep shared spaces running smoothly
  • Coordinate with building/property management, vendors, and service providers on office needs
  •  Support light facilities coordination, including office organization and workspace upkeep

HR & Culture Support

  • Help plan team events and support internal communications
  • Directly support Justice Cares initiatives, with opportunities to support volunteer projects and community engagement
  • Contribute to a positive, connected office culture across a growing, mission-driven team
  • Additional duties as needed

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role (law firm experience a plus but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through — someone who reliably meets deadlines and proactively flags issues before they become problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, team-first attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office/digital tools
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your work, and genuine interest in mission-driven work
