Front office, premises and events: Cover reception, welcome visitors and keep the visitor log. Support staff travel and logistics bookings, set up meeting rooms, maintain the look and feel of the office, and manage catering and staff events.

  • →

Procurement and supplies: Check existing stock before requesting any item, then raise purchase orders and follow them to received state on the system, amending rejected or error-flagged POs promptly. Receive, store and record vendor samples and deliveries, coordinate work tool deliveries for staff, and liaise with Procurement on purchase, repair and maintenance requests.

  • →

Compliance and reporting: Keep company licences and office rent payments up to date, tracking every expiry and renewal date in a calendar. Submit a daily log, weekly summary and monthly summary of work done, blockers and support needed, and take on other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.

  • A diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field, plus one to two years of office administration or procurement support experience. Experience raising and tracking purchase orders, or a degree, is an advantage but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Teams, and the ability to use a purchase order system and keep accurate stock and delivery records.

  • Clear written and verbal communication with vendors and staff, and discretion with confidential information.

This role rewards follow-through more than any single technical skill. You will juggle competing requests, and accurate records matter. You will see tasks through without being chased. Standard office hours apply, with occasional work outside hours for staff events.
