McBride Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Ground Base Air Defense Sensor division (AFLCMC/ESG). The ESG Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities. This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to PK leadership and contracting teams. • Manage daily taskers, suspense actions, action items, and organizational deliverables. • Maintain PK official records, contract closeout files, trackers, and documentation repositories. • Oversee personnel in‑/out‑processing and maintain office documentation, calendars, and scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, conferences, virtual sessions, and prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials. • Manage KTFileShare, SharePoint, Teams resources, permission access, and inspection readiness. • Support workflow management, office operations, and process improvement initiatives. • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and leadership documentation. • Disseminate program guidance, maintain leadership awareness of priorities, and respond to routine inquiries. • Assist with DTS travel coordination and serve as VRO/TCO telephone focal point. • Validate recurring reports and support ESGK training events and office activities. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum Required Qualifications: Citizenship:Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must be able to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD OR, 15 years of directly related experience, eight of which must be in the DoD. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) SharePoint administration and document management Calendar management and executive scheduling support Meeting coordination and virtual collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx) Action item, suspense, and workflow tracking Preparation of executive correspondence, reports, and briefing materials Records management and file maintenance in accordance with DoD policies Data collection, analysis, and administrative reporting Experience supporting DoD acquisition or program management offices Knowledge of Air Force organizational structures and administrative processes Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines Professional demeanor when interacting with senior military and civilian leadership Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Collaborative team player capable of working across diverse organizations Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Adaptability in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment Proactive mindset with a continuous process-improvement approach Strong relationship-building and coordination skills Ability to anticipate leadership needs and respond effectively High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability Additional Information: Location: Hanscom AFB, MA On-Site: This position requires the candidate to be on-site 5 days Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance
